Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience leading a sales team or in sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by exceeding daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals across all revenue channels (HCAs, technicians, plumbers, electricians, CSRs).
• Oversee multi-trade sales across HVAC, plumbing, electrical trades, using financing options to boost sales and satisfaction.
• Review dispatch board and coordinate with dispatch and managers to assign correct resources.
• Manage training programs with hands-on sessions; establish and monitor KPIs to exceed performance metrics.
