Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Sales Performance Manager in Austin to coach counter sales staff and drive revenue growth. You will partner with Operations leaders to measure performance and identify revenue opportunities, delivering training programs to boost sales effectiveness.

You will develop training materials, facilitate programs, and coordinate initiatives while traveling between locations about half of the time. A relevant degree and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with supervisory experience
• Associate's Degree with supervisory experience acceptable
• High School diploma with supervisory experience acceptable
• Minimum of 2 years progressive Sales experience in counter sales environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience executing training initiatives and coaching sales professionals
• Must have valid driving license and ability to travel about 50%

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal sales expert and partner with Operations leadership to assess, measure and enhance revenue generation activities
• Identify and analyze areas of revenue opportunities supporting business goals
• Monitor agents' effectiveness throughout the sales process
• Coordinate communications related to counter sales initiatives, products and processes
• Develop and maintain training materials and programs for sales initiatives
• Facilitate local sales training and keep updated on new training methods
