Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Associate degree with 2+ years supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive sales experience in customer-facing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or training sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Coach rental sales teams across multiple airport locations.
• Observe customer interactions and provide real-time coaching.
• Facilitate workshops and role-playing sales scenarios.
• Help agents build confidence and drive ancillary revenue.
• Identify opportunities and implement sales initiatives.
