6 Degrees Search is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment by building relationships with senior centers, facilities, and community organizations in the San Jose–Sacramento–Fresno corridor. The role supports education on available services and generates quality referrals.

The position is hybrid, full-time, with a compensation package that includes base pay plus bonus. A marketing or health care administration background and relevant training are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role.
• At least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience such as Salesforce, Athena, etc.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
