You will partner with Sales Representatives, manage orders, coordinate with warehouse and shipping, and assist with forecasting to ensure accurate order management and timely delivery across the product portfolio. The role requires 2+ years in customer service and SAP, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. This is a hybrid position with on-site attendance and occasional travel; comprehensive benefits

Position Summary:

The Sales Service Associate partners closely with assigned Sales Representatives to support customer accounts, manage order processing, coordinate with warehouse and shipping vendors, and assist with forecasting activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and works cross-functionally to ensure accurate order management and timely product delivery across B. Braun's product portfolio.

• Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person.
• Process orders, forms, and request. Resolve or elevate customer complaints requests.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the proper methods and tools.
• Record product complaints in Discrepancy Management System and forward affected samples (if obtained from customer) to Quality for investigation.
• Provide pricing and delivery information.
• Set up new customer accounts.
• Create and maintain pricing contracts in SAP.
• Create Pro Forma Invoices, commercial invoices and CIF charges for International accounts.

• 2+ years of SAP experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance
• Occasional business travel required, Valid driver's license and passport

Pay Range: $21.64/hr - $25.00/hr
