B. Braun Medical, Inc. is looking for a Sales Service Associate in Allentown, PA to support Sales Representatives with order processing and customer communication. You will coordinate with warehouse and shipping vendors, and assist with forecasting activities across B. Braun's product portfolio.

This role requires SAP experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid on-site work is expected with some travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required, Associate's or technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service and/or order processing experience
• 2+ years of SAP experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance
• Occasional business travel required, Valid driver's license and passport

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person.
• Process orders, forms, and request. Resolve or escalation customer complaints requests.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the proper methods and tools.
• Record product complaints in Discrepancy Management System and forward affected samples to Quality for investigation.
• Provide pricing and delivery information.
• Set up new customer accounts.
• Create and maintain pricing contracts in SAP.
• Create Pro Forma Invoices, commercial invoices and CIF charges for International accounts.
