You will partner with Sales Representatives, manage orders, coordinate with warehouse and shipping, and assist with forecasting to ensure accurate order management and timely delivery across the product portfolio. The role requires 2+ years in customer service and SAP, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Qualifications

• High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required; an Associate's or technical degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service and/or order processing experience.
• 2+ years of SAP experience; strong communication and relationship skills.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance with ability to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person.
• Process orders, forms, and requests; resolve or escalate complaints.
• Provide pricing and delivery information; set up new customer accounts in system.
• Create and maintain pricing contracts and invoices for various accounts in SAP.
