Navien, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to build long-term relationships with customer accounts, wholesalers, and sales teams. You will manage order processing, provide product information, and ensure a superior customer experience through accurate, timely support.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork across departments. On-site full-time position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• College degree preferred; BA or equivalent or related experience.
• 5-7 years in customer service, administration, account management or coordinator.
• Proven track record maintaining customer accounts with high-volume order processing.

Mansioni

• Support Regional Account Managers with processing tasks.
• Process and confirm purchase orders using SAP.
• Provide product info, pricing, part numbers, model numbers, and UPC details.
• Send delivery updates, tracking, and invoices via email, fax or EDI.
• Respond to customer inquiries with quick, thorough resolutions.
• Review and correct part numbers and pricing on purchase orders.
• Generate shipping labels and bills of lading for shipments.
• Coordinate with freight carriers to optimize shipment pricing.
• Audit and email invoices; file orders and related docs.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shortages, backorders, and returns.
