Navien Irvine seeks a Supply Chain Management Supervisor to lead a small team, optimize inventory, and coordinate with the Korean parent company on strategic initiatives.

You will develop planning strategies, manage procurement, analyze data for executive reporting, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive supply chain results. This full-time, in-office role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members; hire, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and continuity.
• Develop inventory planning strategies aligned with forecasts and objectives.
• Source and procure locally supplied accessories while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Identify and manage local vendors for reliable supply and service.
• Monitor turnover and adjust actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, SCM, Operations, and Finance to optimize performance.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and market data to support decision-making.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Prepare monthly management reports and executive presentations.
• Support annual planning through market condition analyses.
• Provide strategic recommendations using ERP data and financial metrics.
• Coordinate with headquarters in Korea on strategies and projects.
• Lead cross-functional projects and development efforts.
