The role supervises a team of 3–5, manages inventory planning, and collaborates with Sales, SCM, Operations, and Finance to optimize performance. Strong Excel, CRM, and SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• This position supervises team members and handles hiring, training, coaching, performance reviews, and policy adherence.
• Manage product, parts, and accessory inventory for optimal stock and supply continuity.
• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies aligned with sales forecasts.
• Source and procure locally supplied accessories with cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage local vendors for reliable supply and service performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, SCM, Operations, and Finance to optimize supply chain performance.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and market data to support planning and executive decisions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare monthly management reports and executive presentations with actionable insight.
• Support annual business planning through market condition analysis and competitive activity.
