Job summary

Suddath is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support day-to-day home delivery operations, acting as a liaison between customers, Operations, Independent Contractors, and internal support teams.

You will assist with customer service, order management, delivery documentation, and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate service execution across our logistics network in Houston. This role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• College degree strongly preferred, but not required.
• Previous office experience required.
• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and contractor inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve service issues.
• Manage delivery documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and service orders.
• Maintain records and track delivery updates and reschedules.
• Support daily delivery schedules and reporting.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, order, and contractor data.
• Communicate between customers, operations, and support teams to ensure service excellence.
