Job summary

Suddath is seeking a Logistics Support Coordinator to help manage day-to-day home delivery coordination, acting as a liaison among customers, Operations, Independent Contractors, and internal support teams. You will assist with customer service, order management, delivery documentation, and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate service execution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain delivery records, help resolve order issues, and support daily schedules and reporting.

Qualifications

• College degree strongly preferred, but not required.
• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, client, and Independent Contractor inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate delivery documentation and reports for daily operations.
• Support delivery scheduling and route execution with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Assist with order management and service updates.
