Aebi Schmidt USA is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Towmaster to support the sales team and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process in Minnesota. You will serve as a key contact for customers, dealers, vendors and internal partners, handling inquiries, processing orders, and assisting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• 2 years administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Leadership and Sales Teams in distributing marketing materials.
• Assist in creating presentations as needed.
• Review all new trailer orders for accuracy.
• Enter weekly orders into SAP.
• Maintain and update Stock List with Production.
• Handle MSO processes from start to finish.
• Coordinate VIN processes with Parts team as needed.
• Maintain and audit customer information in SAP.
• Record service orders and change orders.
• Prepare and issue Sales Order Acknowledgements.
• Process ST3/tax documentation for customers.
• Process credit memo requests.
• Provide information and quotes to the Sales team as needed.
• Coordinate communication with cross-divisional partners.
