Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process orders for materials/merchandise from direct customer contact.
• Create and monitor work orders to meet production and customer requirements.
• Create sales orders with proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain customer files with POs and sales orders.
• Track sales shipment, delivery, and backlog; provide internal reports.
• Provide technical assistance to customers and sales staff by phone.
• Liaise between customers and manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, sales, service, and accounting to resolve inquiries.
• Provide status data for weekly customer reporting.
• Comply with EBARA safety policies and complete required safety training.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment.
