POSITION SUMMARYUnder direct supervision, responsible for processing orders for materials or merchandise from direct customer contact.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsible for processing orders for materials or merchandise from direct customer contact. (Essential)Create and monitor work orders to meet production and customer requirements. (Essential)Create sales order’s ensuring proper documentation and approvals are obtained prior to order booking. (Essential)Maintain customer files with sales purchase orders, sales orders, and other information. (Essential)Track sales shipment, delivery, and backlog activities, providing internal sales reports when needed. (Essential)Provide technical assistance to customers and sales personnel via telephone. (Essential)Act as a Liaison between customers and manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, sales, field service, and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery, and billing inquiries. (Essential)Provide status and data for weekly customer reporting. (Essential)Coordinate cross-functional activities between Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Field Service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Essential)Coordinate customer escalations and delivery issues to ensure timely resolution. (Essential)Comply with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training. (Essential)Maintain clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara safety policies. (Essential)Perform other duties as assigned.
