Job summary

The Raymond Corporation in Addison, Texas is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, coordinate pre-sales activities, proposals, and rate calculations to help achieve targets. The role acts as liaison between sales and customers, handles inquiries, and assists in delivering timely order processing.

Ideal candidates will manage quotes, process orders (lease and non-lease), track shipments, and provide admin support via email and phone.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business preferred, but not required.
• 3+ years of administrative experience.
• Lean management / process improvement projects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary checks on incoming orders to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Generate and update new sales files in ERP, Order Tracking system, and Raymond portals.
• Process same day orders and follow Malin’s order standards.
• Coordinate and respond to all requests from the sales team professionally.
• Process revisions based on sales requests and ensure supporting documentation is provided.
• Liaise between sales and other departments to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Maintain relationships with Malin vendors and process Purchase Orders.
