Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Systems in healthcare.
Hands-on Salesforce administrator/analyst experience.
Strong Excel skills; experience with Tableau and Power BI.

Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and proactive process improvement.

Responsibilities

Administer and troubleshoot Salesforce including fields, layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and permissions.
Translate business needs into practical system solutions with users.
Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and fix quality problems.
Support testing, integrations, releases, and other projects.
Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI.
Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
