Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operation management, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience with project management practices and resources.
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Data analysis skills for data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Office, ERP, Salesforce, and internal tools.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required for HQ communications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field sales to manage booked service opportunities for the Fort Worth Service Center.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of gearbox service orders from induction to delivery.
• Track backlog, WIP, finished goods, and storage; produce monthly performance reports.
• Use ERP to extract and analyze data on sales, inventory, and service trends.
• Maintain CRM and tracking tools for accurate serial number control and visibility.
• Schedule awarded projects and provide weekly backlog status updates.
• Develop internal documentation systems and support production traceability.
• Lead completion of work packages and coordinate with finance for invoicing.
• Communicate proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
