Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, operations management, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or operations management.
• Experience with project management practices and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Customer‑focused attitude and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Office, ERP, Salesforce, and related tools.
• Fluent Mandarin is a plus for HQ communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field sales to manage booked service opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and internal execution.
• Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of gearbox service orders—from induction to delivery.
• Track backlog and inventory; prepare monthly operational and financial reports.
• Use ERP to extract and normalize data; analyze trends in sales, inventory, and service performance.
• Maintain CRM and internal tools to ensure accurate serial number control and visibility.
• Schedule projects and provide regular status updates to sales; monitor backlog weekly.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation like ORS to support production and traceability.
• Coordinate with finance to initiate invoicing and gather necessary shipping records.
• Communicate proactively with customers to address issues and implement corrective actions.
