Job summary

NGC Transmission Equipment (America), Inc. is seeking a results-driven Operations Specialist to support the Fort Worth Service Center. You will collaborate with field sales, manage end-to-end gearbox service orders, and ensure accurate backlog and inventory reporting to drive service excellence.

Key duties include data extraction from ERP and CRM systems, cross-functional coordination, and proactive customer communication. A bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in sales ops or operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or operations management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or related fields.
• Experience with project management practices and resources.
• Customer-focused attitude and excellent written and spoken communication.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Data analysis skills to support data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Office, ERP, Salesforce and other internal tools.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency required for HQ communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field sales to manage booked service opportunities for the Fort Worth Service Center.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of gearbox service orders, including induction, scope, repair, and delivery.
• Track backlog, WIP, finished goods, and storage; prepare monthly performance reports.
• Use ERP to extract, organize, and normalize data; analyze trends in sales, inventory, and service performance.
• Maintain CRM and internal tracking tools; ensure serial number control and visibility throughout lifecycle.
• Schedule awarded projects and provide status updates; monitor backlog weekly.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation, including Order Release Sheets (ORS).
• Lead completion of work packages, gather tech docs and shipping records; coordinate invoicing with finance.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and implement corrective actions.
