Job summary

Quotient Wealth Partners, LLC in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Sales Operations Support Specialist to support the Business Development team. You will manage the CRM data, set up campaigns, and optimize workflows to keep prospect lists accurate and campaigns on track.

Reporting to the Director of Concierge Services, you will ensure data privacy, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with the Concierge team to provide scripts, collateral, and tools needed for effective outreach.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business development operations or related operational role.
• Experience with CRM platforms, data management, and campaign tools; Salesforce a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data integrity and organize prospect lists; ensure accurate segmentation and campaign readiness.
• Set up campaigns, audiences, and assignments; manage workflows across the tech stack.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues; collaborate with teams to improve efficiency and data quality.
