Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive’s Skin Health group is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for the Scottsdale area. You will bridge Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate orders, data integrity, and timely responses to customers.

You will manage the order lifecycle, invoicing, returns, and master data while supporting product launches and promotions. The role is hybrid (on-site four days, Friday remote) with competitive compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Sales Operations or related administrative/accounting role.
• Experience with ERP systems and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate and timely order entry into the ERP system.
• Manage the full order lifecycle including reviewing rewards programs and quotes.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize stockouts impacting customers.
• Lead account collections and manage credit card maintenance.
• Resolve invoice disputes and process memos and corrections.
• Maintain high-quality customer master data for reporting.
