Vita Bella Health in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Membership / Sales Specialist to field inbound sales calls, contact warm leads, and lead clear membership consultations. This is an in-office role with hybrid eligible after 4–6 months based on performance.

You will explain programs, pricing, labs, and the path from signup to provider visit; this is a relationship and education role, not clinical, with base pay and uncapped commissions and opportunities to move to hybrid.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience, ideally phone-based, consultative, or membership sales.
• Clear spoken and written English with confident phone presence.
• Reliability for in-office schedule in Scottsdale, with hybrid after 4–6 months.

Mansioni

• Answer inbound sales calls and return inquiries from people exploring Vita Bella membership.
• Place outbound calls to warm leads and follow up until the conversation is complete.
• Lead membership consultations: walk prospective members through the program, pricing, labs, and provider visit.
• Qualify interest and fit, set expectations, and enroll members or book the next steps.
• Keep accurate notes in the CRM and hit daily activity and conversion goals.
