This role reports to the CP Skin Health R&D Leader at the Global Technology Center in Piscataway, NJ, and steers a small team of two product development scientists plus a case study lead.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 8+ years of experience in developing and commercializing skin care products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of new professional skin care products and technologies (serums, creams, sunscreens).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, insights, clinical, safety, regulatory) to develop and validate concepts and ensure commercialization.
• Manage a case study program to provide efficacy data, claim substantiation, and benefits support.
• Create and maintain documentation (Timelines, SOPs, registrations, tech transfer, change controls, formulas, claims trackers).
