Lyten is seeking a highly organized Customer & Order Management Specialist to serve as the operational backbone for our commercial and supply chain teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in sales operations or order management.
• 10+ years of proven experience in business administration, customer support, and operations.
• ERP/CRM systems experience; Oracle NetSuite preferred.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented data entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot payment resolutions, order bottlenecks, and inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Quote & Order Management: Generate, review, and issue quotes and proposals in NetSuite.
• End-to-end order entry; ensure orders processed promptly and accurately.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing tiers, and order statuses in ERP/CRM.
• Customer Engagement & Support: Be primary contact for order status, shipping timelines, and product availability.
• Coordinate Inventory Management with manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain to reconcile records and avoid stockouts or overages.
• Finance & Billing Coordination: resolve payment discrepancies, billing issues, and AR resolutions; follow up on outstanding invoices.
• General Administration: provide admin support to sales and operations; assist with reporting and data entry.
