Job summary

Sealevel Systems, Inc., a Liberty, South Carolina based industrial I/O design and manufacturing company, seeks a detail-oriented Sales Operations Representative to support customers through the ordering and purchasing process.

You will respond to order inquiries, review and enter orders, confirm information, provide status updates, and coordinate with Sales, Planning, Finance, Operations, and Shipping to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate or bachelor's degree.
• Experience with order administration or inside sales support is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to order-related inquiries via phone, email, website forms, and web chat.
• Review orders for completeness and confirm billing, shipping, payment, and product information.
• Enter customer orders accurately into the ERP system.
• Provide routine order acknowledgments, status updates, and shipment information.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Finance, Operations, and Shipping to resolve questions or discrepancies.
• Route technical product questions to the appropriate technical resource.
• Escalate custom requirements, pricing exceptions, significant order changes, customer concerns, or potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive customer, payment, pricing, and company information with discretion.
