Rittal LLC in Urbana, Ohio, is seeking a Sales Administration Level I to support order entry, processing, and returns. You will collaborate with Level II and III teams to ensure accurate pricing, shipping, and order completion, helping to maintain on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Customer service, sales support, order processing, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience working within an ERP or order management system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received through conventional order submission methods.
• Verify account information, pricing, purchase orders, quantities, shipping locations, freight terms, and other order details.
• Process sample and consignment orders.
• Collaborate with Level II and III Sales Administrators to resolve order discrepancies.
• Process and maintain customer-initiated returns and stock rotations.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and responsive communication.
