Job summary

ArmorCode Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations & Deal Desk professional to serve as the operational backbone of the Sales organization. You will maintain Salesforce data quality, dashboards, and governance while owning the end-to-end Deal Desk process, including contracts, DocuSign, and invoicing.

You will collaborate with the Channel team to enable partner execution, support pipeline forecasting, and manage data across SFDC and HubSpot. Remote-first environment with autonomy is ideal.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post graduate with 4–5 years in Sales Ops/Deal Desk at an Enterprise SaaS startup.
• Experience in Series B, C stage startup.
• Ability to work async in a remote-first environment with autonomy.
• Salesforce Admin certification preferred.
• Not required to be a developer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce data quality, dashboards, analytics, and user governance, while supporting deal and pipeline management.
• Own the end-to-end Deal Desk process: contracts, DocuSign execution, and invoicing.
• Work closely with the Channel team as day-to-day operations partner to support partner execution.
• Perform QA on SFDC data quality and HubSpot sync health.
• Coordinate with Finance and AWS Channel for post-close invoicing and governance.
