Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or sales operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes and purchase orders in Salesforce per SOPs.
• Coordinate monthly forecast meetings with stakeholders to align shipping dates.
• Track license/status for orders in coordination with Export Control.
• Reconcile orders intake with Salesforce monthly.
• Update SOPs and notify stakeholders of Salesforce changes.
• Perform onboarding and training for new Salesforce users.
• Strengthen sales admin relationships with distributors and partners.
