Job summary

A & D BUILDING SUPPLY INC is seeking a sharp Sales & Operations Manager to optimize workflows, supervise warehouse activities, and drive store revenue. This hands-on leader will own end-to-end order processing, invoicing, and client communication, blending analytical thinking with practical execution on the floor.

You will design cleaner processes, guide a team, and manage contractor relationships to close high‑volume sales, while maintaining accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related degree is a plus.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability in operations, logistics, or sales workflows.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Advise contractors and clients on material specs, prepare estimates, and close high-volume sales orders.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to speed and accuracy of processes.
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate workloads, enforce safety, optimize stock flow.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing, invoicing, payment reconciliation, and client inquiries.
• Maintain organized inventory and efficient space utilization.
