Wolverine Worldwide, Inc. is seeking an experienced distribution leader to direct end-to-end operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across receiving, storage, order fulfillment, returns, and shipping.

The leader will drive KPI-based performance, partner with senior DC leadership on capacity planning, and lead safety initiatives in a dynamic, multi-shift environment. You will mentor supervisors and leads, align staffing with business needs, and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• College degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations with team supervision.
• 3+ years of management experience with direct reports or mentoring/coaching.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee end-to-end distribution operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, returns, and shipping.
• Develop tactical operating plans to meet SLAs, productivity targets, and customer expectations.
• Partner with senior DC leadership to align operations with enterprise strategy and drive capacity planning and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve service levels.
• Provide guidance and development opportunities to supervisors, leads, and associates; drive workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Develop and manage the operating budget and lead safety and compliance programs (OSHA and DOT).
• Oversee inventory accuracy and quality, addressing discrepancies and damages.
