Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in sales operations, order management or sales administration at an MSP, MSSP or VAR.
• Strong HubSpot Sales Hub skills: 2+ years as a daily user or admin.
• Strong deal desk experience: structuring, discount approvals and margin governance.
• Hands-on experience quoting and ordering through major IT distributors and OEM portals.
• Working knowledge of the IT channel and focus OEMs (listed in the job ad).
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation and forecasting).
• Strong grasp of margin, cost vs sell price, and recurring vs one-time revenue.
• Attention to detail; able to manage 20+ open orders and multiple urgent requests.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers and vendors.

Aufgaben

• Build accurate quotes for hardware, software, licensing and services in HubSpot.
• Pull pricing and availability from distributors and OEM portals; apply promotions and margins.
• Maintain services SKUs, rate cards and bundles; align SOWs with sales and delivery.
• Manage renewals for warranties, subscriptions, SaaS and security licensing.
• Review deal structure, pricing and margins before quotes go to customers.
• Route non-standard pricing through HubSpot workflows and enforce margins.
• Structure multi-OEM, multi-year deals with co-terming and ramped pricing.
• Verify contract, payment and billing terms align with the quote.
• Convert closed-won deals into vendor POs the same day.
• Track orders to delivery; provide proactive ETAs and handle backorders.
• Serve as ops contact for OEMs, distributors and customers; maintain portal access.
• Own data quality and maintain product library, templates, pipelines and workflows.
• Deliver weekly pipeline, bookings, margin, backlog and renewal reports.
• Generate invoices promptly; reconcile vendor bills against POs and invoices.
