Qualifications
- Licensed Real Estate Agent
- 3+ years in sales/operations leadership in real estate or related fields
- Experience coaching sales professionals and onboarding agents
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales operations team to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Oversee onboarding for new agents and ensure readiness from day one.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve client experience.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coach and mentor agents with actionable feedback.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
