Our Inside Sales and Marketing teams handle much of the lead generation and appointment-setting

Qualifications

• Active Virginia real estate license or pursuing license.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and committed to achieving goals.
• Coachability and willingness to learn and follow proven systems and processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong time-management, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Prior sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly with qualified buyer and seller leads provided by the team.
• Build strong client relationships and guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate process.
• Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments with prospective clients.
• Present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate successful transactions.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients from the initial consultation through closing.
• Attend team meetings, training, and coaching sessions to continuously improve your skills and production.
• Use the team CRM and established processes to manage leads, appointments, follow-up, and client activity.
• Prospect for additional business opportunities and develop referral and repeat-client relationships.
• Collaborate with the Inside Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize opportunities and deliver an exceptional client experience.
