BrainWorks is seeking a Senior Director of Sales Operations & Customer Experience to unify Sales Support, Client Services and CRM for a growing industrial distributor. The role leads a 50-person team and reports to the VP of Sales, shaping a scalable commercial-support model.

You will drive customer experience, seller productivity and acquisition integration, blending strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Progressive leadership experience in Sales Operations or Customer Experience.
• Experience leading multiple functions through other leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Sales Operations and Customer Experience function.
• Integrate Sales Support, Client Services, CRM and Enablement teams.
• Establish processes, standards and KPIs for service and productivity.
• Partner with sales leadership to align priorities with growth.
