• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or account coordination.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
• Ability to coordinate information across departments.
• Professional communication with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Receive, track, and coordinate sales leads and inquiries for timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, opportunity, forecast, and activity data in CRM.
• Monitor open sales activities and assist with follow-up schedules.
• Support preparation and coordination of aircraft proposals, configurations, and pricing documents.
• Maintain current aircraft configuration, options, pricing, and availability with internal teams.
• Coordinate customer visits, aircraft demonstrations, and sales meetings.
• Assist with communications, meeting prep, and action-item tracking.
• Support Sales Managers with account, territory, pipeline, and opportunity management.
• Prepare recurring sales reports and customer activity updates.
• Support CRM data quality and standardization across departments.
• Coordinate with Marketing on lead-generation activities and campaign follow-up.
• Collaborate with Flight Ops, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Aftermarket, Product Support.
• Assist with aircraft delivery preparation and post-sale transition activities.
