Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Aviation, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in forecasting, strategic planning, market research, or business planning.
• Ability to analyze market, customer, competitive, financial and business information and translate findings into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by researching domestic and international helicopter markets, customers, pricing, and purchasing considerations.
• Build sales plans and demand forecasts by aircraft model, region, and customer segment.
• Turn commercial data into actionable market strategy, pricing, messaging, and sales approach improvements.
• Influence marketing strategy by partnering with Marketing on target audiences, regional priorities, and digital strategy.
• Evaluate new commercial initiatives and develop business cases for geographic expansion and partnerships.
• Strengthen commercial reporting and planning through CRM data, dashboards, pipeline reporting, and forecasting.
• Support relationships and business development with customers, operators, flight schools, dealers, distributors, and government organizations.
