Job summary

SHI is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist - Spend Optimization Services to ensure accurate CRM data, lead intake, forecasting, and cross‑functional coordination across SOS and SHI Sales International Canada.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and supports ITAM, FinOps, MSOS, and Canada sales teams with dashboards, reports, and governance of CRM data. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient CRM knowledge and data governance.
• Familiarity with data collection tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CRM administration and data governance.
• Manage intake, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Support SOS and SHI Sales Canada teams with dashboards and reports.
• Document workflows and SOPs; promote process improvements.
