AllTech Services is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to work closely with the Sales Manager and keep the residential HVAC sales team organized and productive. This on-site role in Northern Virginia requires proactive, detail-oriented individuals who can streamline processes, track performance, and ensure everyone has what they need to succeed.

You will coordinate daily activities, maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and assist Comfort Advisors with proposals and documentation,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, administrative support, or similar role.
• Experience supporting a Sales Manager or high-performing sales team.
• Proficiency with Excel and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Be the Sales Manager's right hand to organize priorities, activities, and department operations.
• Anticipate needs, identify challenges, and proactively help resolve issues.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor performance metrics, and track team goals.
• Coordinate sales meetings, schedules, communications, and follow-up activities.
• Help maintain accountability by tracking outstanding tasks, commitments, and deadlines.
• Keep the Sales Manager informed of important updates, opportunities, and potential concerns.
