Our client, a growing leader in commercial services, is seeking a Service Sales Coordinator to play a key role in their Preventive Maintenance (PM) sales operation. This hands-on position works closely with the Sales Manager and collaborates across Sales, Service, Operations, and Accounting to keep deals moving smoothly from proposal through execution. In this role, you’ll bring structure and accuracy to proposals, contracts, and reporting—helping ensure every opportunity is set up for success. The ideal candidate has experience in a commercial services environment, is comfortable with recurring maintenance contracts, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting.
