Job summary

Medbridge is seeking a Sales Team Coordinator in the United States to join our Revenue and Sales Operations group. You will own lead routing, data integrity in Salesforce, and collaboration with SDRs, AEs, and marketing to keep the funnel moving.

You will optimize workflows, create lists and reports, and support Outreach sequences while helping to maintain clean CRM data and drive efficiency across the sales engine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Master Lead Strategy: Manage triage and routing processes to keep the sales team moving.
• Empower the Sales Engine: Collaborate with SDRs and AEs to ensure leads flow smoothly through the funnel.
• Monitor lead flow and escalate routing issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate lead records and ensure adherence to processes.
• Assist leaders with creation of lead lists, reports, and Outreach sequences.
