Job summary

Medbridge is seeking a self-driven Sales Team Coordinator to join our sales operations team in the United States. This role focuses on systems, data, and processes that power our revenue engine, partnering with SDRs and AEs to optimize lead routing and CRM data quality.

You will own Salesforce data quality, support Outreach workflows, and assist with lead lists, sequences, and account maintenance, enabling a high-velocity, compliant sales process across multiple states.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Sales Engagement Support: manage triage and routing processes; empower SDRs and AEs; monitor lead flow; maintain lead records.
• SDR Enablement Support: assist with lead and contact lists and reports; create sequences in Outreach.io.
• Customer and Prospect Data Management: own Salesforce data quality; maintain records; data cleanup and duplicates; support accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities.
• Sales Engagement Support: troubleshoot and optimize Outreach workflows; monitor data sync; support user adoption.
• Customer Account Maintenance: collaborate with Account Management for consolidations; maintain account structures; ensure timely updates.
• General Sales Team Support: onboarding for Salesforce/Outreach; maintain documentation; drive process improvements.
