EmployBridge is seeking a highly organized professional to support our U.S. sales and marketing team.

This role partners closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and commercial leadership to drive sales support, Salesforce administration, reporting, marketing initiatives, and event coordination. You will manage Salesforce reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and pipeline tracking; coordinate marketing campaigns, collateral, and agency partners; plan trade shows and customer events; analyze sales

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales support, marketing, or commercial operations experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office, organizational, and analytical skills.
• B2B, healthcare, medical device, or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and pipeline tracking.
• Support sales activities, customer research, and lead generation.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, collateral, and agency partners.
• Plan trade shows, customer events, and facility visits.
• Analyze sales and market data to support business decisions.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service.
