Job summary

Architectural Systems Inc. is seeking a Sales Ops Coordinator in Bonsall, CA to bridge Sales, Customers, Manufacturers, and Operations. You will manage quotes, orders, and deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service across fast-paced exterior facade projects.

The role requires 3+ years in construction or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM/ERP tools and MS Office. Full-time position with salary up to $75,000 plus performance bonuses and profit sharing.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in commercial construction or related fields.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Word).
Experience using CRM or ERP software.

Responsibilities

Support sales and operations across the project lifecycle from quote to close.
Follow up on quotations and communicate with architects, contractors, and owners.
Enter and track orders in ERP/CRM and monitor production schedules.
Coordinate sample requests, literature, and product information.
Track deliveries and provide shipping updates.
Assist with warranty requests and project closeout documentation.
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects.
Provide proactive communication to build long-term client relationships.
