Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, customer success, or technical customer service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including formulas and experience working within a CRM platform.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new products and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience within the technology industry preferred with headset or telecommunications experience considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and Tier 1 technical support via phone and email
• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, manage purchase orders, and assist with invoicing and order fulfillment
• Partner with the sales team to streamline processes, improve productivity, and deliver outstanding customer service
• Maintain accurate customer data within the CRM while creating reports, tracking KPIs, and supporting sales analytics
• Troubleshoot basic technical product issues and escape complex cases when needed
• Qualify leads, build strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to support account growth
• Prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy, organization, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment
