Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Support or a related role.
• Prior experience in the fastener or manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required.
• Strong eagerness to learn the business and industry.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders into the Dplus/NetSuite workflow as directed by the Sales team.
• Process purchase orders to transfer manufacturing orders into NetSuite.
• Prepare and maintain sales orders, including routing steps and material components.
• Manage customer communications and provide timely order status updates.
