Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join the Sales Strategy & Operations team in the United States.

You will help grow the ads business through data-driven insights, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance. You'll own recurring reporting, support weekly revenue forecasting, and translate analyses into actionable recommendations to drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Sales or Business Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical or operational function.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue, advertiser trends, product adoption and sales productivity to identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Support weekly revenue forecasting by consolidating inputs, reviewing pipeline health and flagging inconsistencies.
• Prepare materials for business reviews and respond to ad hoc analytical requests.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations to drive revenue growth and sales effectiveness.
• Own defined project workstreams from planning through delivery and communicate progress.
• Improve recurring sales processes by documenting best practices and ensuring data quality.
