Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join the Sales Strategy & Operations team in the United States.

You will help grow the ads business through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and operational excellence, supporting the North America Large Customer Sales team. In this role, you will own recurring reporting, assist with revenue forecasting, and turn analysis into concrete recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, or business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue, advertiser trends, product adoption, and sales productivity to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain reports and dashboards to track progress against goals for Sales leaders.
• Support weekly revenue forecasting by consolidating inputs, reviewing pipeline health, and flagging changes.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations to support revenue growth and sales effectiveness.
• Own defined project workstreams from planning through delivery and coordinate inputs across teams.
