Job description

Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together.

The Company operates Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world, and Specs Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to making computing more human, in addition to Bitmoji, Saturn, and other digital services.

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team at Snap! Our team helps grow the ads business through data-driven insights, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. This role supports the North America Large Customer Sales (LCS) team, which partners with some of the world’s largest advertisers.

You’ll work with Sales Operations teammates, Sales leaders, and partners across Agency, Marketing, Product, and Finance to understand business performance, support revenue forecasting, and turn analysis into practical recommendations. You’ll own recurring reporting and defined project workstreams, helping the team identify growth opportunities and improve how it operates.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze revenue, advertiser trends, product adoption, and sales productivity to identify performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. Maintain reports and dashboards that help Sales leaders track progress against goals.
  • Support weekly revenue forecasting by consolidating sales inputs, reviewing pipeline health, and flagging changes or inconsistencies. Prepare materials for business reviews and respond to ad hoc analytical requests.
  • Translate analysis into actionable recommendations that support revenue growth, advertiser engagement, and sales effectiveness. Partner with Sales Operations teammates and Sales leaders to put agreed plans into practice and track results.
  • Own defined project workstreams from planning through delivery, coordinating inputs, tracking milestones, and communicating progress or blockers to keep cross-functional initiatives moving.
  • Improve recurring sales processes by documenting best practices, maintaining data quality, and identifying reporting, tooling, or training needs.
  • Use approved AI tools and automation to make recurring analysis and workflows more efficient, validating outputs for accuracy and usefulness.
  • Combine internal performance data with external market intelligence to help identify advertiser opportunities and inform account and customer segment prioritization.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets to organize data, check accuracy, and draw clear business conclusions.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables, take ownership of defined workstreams, and follow through on commitments while seeking input when needed.
  • Adaptability in a fast-moving environment, with sound judgment about priorities and the ability to surface risks or blockers early.
  • Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain findings and recommendations to audiences with different levels of analytical expertise.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with Sales and cross-functional partners, approaching questions with curiosity, responsiveness, and empathy.
  • Interest in digital advertising and media, and curiosity about how advertisers use Snap to achieve their business goals.
  • Attention to detail and a practical approach to improving processes; willingness to learn and apply approved AI tools while checking their outputs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data visualization platforms such as CRM Analytics, Looker, or Tableau is a plus.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Sales or Business Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical or operational function.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
