Amazon Web Services, Inc. in New York is seeking a Sales Operations professional to join the Field Advisory as a Service Team (FaaST) within Central Operations.

You will own Annual Planning and In Year Planning for four industry verticals, partnering with operations teams to turn data into clear, actionable plans for the sales organization. The role blends hands-on analysis with cross‑functional collaboration, driving scalable processes, automation ideas, and alignment with the broader planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Guide the operations teams across four industry verticals through their Annual Planning and In Year Planning cycles, delivering structured plans and recommendations that align with organizational goals.
• Analyze large data sets to surface insights, identify trends, and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify planning processes using AI and ticketing tools, making workflows more scalable across the team.
• Collaborate closely with the broader Annual Planning team to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure consistent execution across verticals.
• Create clear documentation, communicate requirements to partners, and negotiate priorities while managing stakeholder expectations.
